Receipt and Signing
When the goods arrive at your delivery address, the logistics delivery staff will contact you, please keep your phone open. When signing for the goods, please be sure to check on the spot whether the packaging of the goods is intact, damaged or unsealed. If you find any abnormality in the packaging, you have the right to refuse to sign for it and contact our customer service team ([email protected]) in time, and we will assist you in handling related issues.
If you entrust someone else to sign for it on your behalf, the person who signs for it will be regarded as you, and you will bear the consequences of his signing for it.
Transportation Problem Handling
If the goods are lost, damaged or mis-delivered during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving the goods (or within 48 hours after discovering the problem) and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, logistics records, etc.).
